As an independent elevator contractor, we have the flexibility to explore all possible repair and service options within your budget before resorting to full equipment replacement. As part of our service agreement, we respond to breakdowns or other issues within two hours of your phone call, any time of the day. In cases of entrapment, we can be on-location in 30 to 60 minutes. (These estimates are for metro areas. Response times will vary in more rural areas.)
Our maintenance technicians carry the necessary equipment and parts on their Murphy vehicle to correct most issues immediately. Many basic services or repairs can be done during routine maintenance or service calls.
